‘Prison Break’ Season 5 News: Will Michael Scofield Suffer From Memory Loss? New Character to Join Show

Michael Scofield, Wentworth Miller's character in the hit serial drama 'Prison Break' apparently died in the previous season, which is why many are wondering how he could have survived his demise.

There are rumors that Scofield will suffer from amnesia in season 5 and it will be interesting to see how that will play out. There are reports that there will be a new character joining the show.

Inbar Lavi, an Israeli actress, who will be onboard the next season. She took to Twitter to share a photo of her on set and captioned it "Meet #SHEEBA."

Other returning cast members include Amaury Nolasco, who played Fernando Sucre in the show. He has been officially confirmed to be returning to'Prison Break.' He was the cellmate of the lead Scofield and was introduced in the pilot episode.

Rockmond Dunbar, "C-Note" in the series, who also made his debut in the first episode, will also be coming back, along with "T-bag," played by Robert Knepper.

Fox announced that it has ordered 10 episodes of the series. The production for the fifth season of 'Prison Break' is set in Vancouver and filming will begin in May. The show focuses on the aftermath of season 4's finale and on what the characters have been up to several years later. Although, Miller is confirmed to reprise his role, how he came back from the dead remains unknown.

A specific release date has yet to be announced, but 'Prison Break' is expected to premiere in September.
