Newly-improved side Jiangsu Suning FC (3-0-1, 10 points) is set to take on the challenge of perennial contenders Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC (1-0-3, 6 points) at the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center on Saturday, April 16th as the 2016 Chinese Super League season continues.

Both teams are two of only three clubs who are still unbeaten in the young season and after this match one of them will be surrendering that acclaim. Jiangsu has been beefed up during the winter transfer window after the €32 million acquisition of former Chelsea midfielder Ramires and the €50 million signing of attacking midfielder Alex Teixeira from Shakhtar Donetsk.
