The eleventh twenty20 of the ninth edition of the massively popular Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 will be played between Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Zaheer Khan-led Delhi Daredevils (DD) on Sunday. The two sides will take on each other at RCB's home ground - M Chinnaswamy Stadium - in Bangalore.

The star-studded RCB started their IPL 2016 campaign on winning note. The Bangalore franchise, which thrashed Sunrisers Hyderabad by 45 run early this week, is looking to maintain the winning momentum.

Delhi Daredevils, on the other hand, bounced back in the tournament with a comprehensive eight wicket victory over Kings XI Punjab on Friday. The Rahul Dravid mentored side lost their opening game of this season against two time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Eden Gardens on Sunday.

DD skipper Zaheer Khan said the win was necessary for his team. "We are playing RCB in a couple of days, and this win will definitely help," the former Indian pacer said.
