Former X-Factor judge Cheryl's estranged husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini has moved into a modest London flat located above a coffee shop following their separation.

The one-bedroom flat, located in West London, is the same place where Jean-Bernard will be maintaining the operations of his consultancy firm.

One source said that Jean-Bernard has the opportunity to live and work anywhere he wishes and opted to stay in London. Cheryl insists that the divorce proceedings will take place soon so she can move on, but Jean-Bernard is apparently in no rush to speed the process.

The 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer is currently dating One Direction member, Liam Payne.

Jean-Bernard slammed his ex-wife through an Instagram post stating that the 'truth will always come out.' The restaurateur added that Cheryl's denial of cheating allegations on Twitter was false.

In response, an insider said that there was nothing going on between Liam Payne and Cheryl. Jean-Bernard and Cheryl already called it quits last August, prompting him to move out. The former couple was last seen at Ant and Dec's 40^th birthday party as they sought to ward off rumors about their divorce.

The 32-year-old singer intends to start over with a new name while the divorce process is still ongoing. Following the footsteps of Madonna and Adele, she will change her name to just 'Cheryl.'

Cheryl married former football player Ashley Cole in 2006. She filed for divorce in 2010 after four years of marriage.

In July 2014, Cheryl married Jean-Bernard in a private ceremony on the Caribbean Island after three months of courtship. The singer filed for separation after 18 months of marriage, citing 'unreasonable behavior.'

Meanwhile, Liam Payne is keeping his distance as Cheryl is embroiled in a divorce battle.
