Chinese smartphone maker OPPO has announced that its upcoming device called the OPPO Find 9 will be launched in June this year.

The OPPO Find 9 smartphone was recently spotted on the GFXBench listing under the code name X9009. As per listing, the device features a light weight body material. It weighs close to 160g. With regards to the design, the leaked images show that the smartphone will feature sharp edge corners.

The upcoming handheld device will have a 5.5-inch AMOLED display screen. The screen resolution is likely to be 1920x1080 with a corresponding 401ppi pixel density. What makes this device more interesting is that it will support 4K camera/video capturing, capable of displaying crisp images and clear video output.  The device will support five-finger gestures and will feature a standard gyroscope, proximity, accelerometer, and light sensors.

There are rumors that the OPPO Find 9 smartphone will feature a 12-megapixel main camera and a 16-megapixel front secondary snapper. The main camera supports dual LED flash and can capture 4160 x 3120 image resolution with 4K Ultra HD 3840 x 2160 video resolution. Moreover, the front shooter can render 4608x3456 image resolution and 1680x1248 video resolutions.

According to the GFXBench listing, the upcoming smartphone will be powered by MediaTek's Helio P10 processor. It will come with Mali T810 GPU and an octa-core processor on board. It has been suggested that the OPPO Find 9 will sports 6GB of RAM inside and a built-in 128GB internal memory storage.
