"Kingdom Hearts 3," which is the latest addition to the "Kingdom Hearts" series by Japanese game developer Square Enix, is reported to be launched in the forthcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016.

The rumors about "Kingdom Hearts 3" being launched in E3 started spreading when Hironori Okayama hinted it during an interview. Okayama is the producer of the recently released "Kingdom of Hearts Unchained X," which is the prequel of "Kingdom Hearts" series for both Android and Apple devices. The game producer mentioned that avid fans should watch out for "Kingdom Hearts 3" in E3, but no specific detail was shared whether it will be officially launched on the said event or only additional information will be revealed.

Although Okayama hinted that gamers will hear more about "Kingdom Hearts 3" in the upcoming E3 event, it still remained vague and unclear. Jim Cummings confirmed that he is one of the voice actors in the game, and even though English voice-overs has already been completed, it seems like the game is far from being released anytime soon. There were game analysts who think that Square Enix will not release "Kingdom Hearts 3" within 2016 as they are more focused on their upcoming launch of "Final Fantasy 15" this Sept. 30.

Perhaps the list that Square Enix has recently posted will serve as a confirmation that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will not be out in the near future. A list of major titles that are scheduled to be released in 2016 were revealed by the Japanese game developer, and it appears like the third installment for "Kingdom Hearts" is not included. Although Square Enix said that the list they shared does not include all their upcoming launches, there is still no guarantee that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is in the lineup.

Some of the games that were on the list are "Final Fantasy 15," "Rise of the Tomb Raider," "World of Final Fantasy" and "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue," which are said to be released towards the end of the year.
