According to Indiewire, Lawrence is expected to star in a planned all-female reboot of the classic 'Ocean's 11' film together with Sandra Bullock. Bullock is set to lead the new cast with Gary Ross of 'The Hunger Games,' 'Seabiscuit,' and 'Pleasantville' fame coming in as the director. Olivia Milch of 'Little Women' is also set to pen the new screenplay.

Lawrence is best known for her leading roles on 'The Hunger Games' as well as the 'X-Men' cinematic series. She began her career in television as a main cast member for TBS' 'The Bill Engvall Show.' She went on to star in critically acclaimed full-feature films including 'Silver Linings Playbook,' 'American Hustle,' and 'Joy'.

The production of the 'Ocean's 11' remake is set to go into full force sometime in fall this year. Ross' upcoming remake of the 1960's Rat Pack crime-comedy is expected t be a continuation of the original trilogy, but will focus more on Bullock's character.

Bullock is set to play an ex-convict and sister of the iconic Danny Ocean. Meanwhile, Lawrence is rumored to play Bullock's partner-in-crime. But the roles are yet to be confirmed.

The original film, released in August 1960, was directed by Lewis Milestone. It starred the iconic Rat Pack members: Frank Sinatra, Peter Lawford, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Joey Bishop. It centered on a gang of World War II veterans recruited by Danny Ocean to do pull off a series of robberies in Las Vegas.

It was eventually adapted into a 2001 comedy by director Steven Soderbergh. It starred George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Julia Roberts, Bernie Mac and Don Cheadle. The film was a box office success and became the fifth highest-grossing film of 2001.
