There are rumors saying that Mi Max is set to be launched this coming week but it seems like Xiaomi is anxious in sharing the phablet's beauty to the public and boast off their super slim phone-and-tablet in one. Lei Jun, Xiaomi's Chief Executive Officer, was the one who openly shared the images of Mi Max, which confirms the accuracy of the information.

The images shared only shows that Xiaomi has a truly sophisticated-looking phablet because of its ultra-thin, metal finish design with the very distinguishing curved back, comparable to other Xiaomi devices. In addition, Mi Max's fingerprint button is placed at the back of the phone, which is similar to Nexus 5X and 6P's fingerprint reader.

When it comes to other Mi Max specs, the smartphone is expected to pack a huge 6.44-inch display, 15MP primary camera and 5MP selfie shooter. In addition to the rumored specs of Mi Max phablet, the internal storage for this phone tablet is 16GB and is expected to be equipped with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow version. The phablet will also be powered by Snapdragon processor in mid-range and a 2GB of RAM, which makes it within its target audience' market value, according to Techno Buffalo.

The Chinese electronics company is using a tag line of "the thinnest XXmm" for the upcoming Mi Max launch and said to start selling the device at 1299 Yuan (estimated $200), Slash Gear reported.
