Grace Chan is too happy these days, especially with her boyfriend Kevin Cheng, that there is no reason for her to envy the success of friend Sisley Choi.

Basen on an earlier China Topix report, contrary to the speculations that she might be jealous of how Choi's career is going recently, the 24-year-old TVB actress pointed out that she "never envied Sisley's successes."

Choi, who is now busy filming back-to-back, is the first runner-up of Grace Chan when she won the Miss Hong Kong 2014 title.

"A movie is only three hours long while a television series is 30 episodes," Kevin Cheng's girlfriend said, as she shared that she was once asked to star in a horror flick which she turned down.

"A movie only requires those few hours to showcase the actor's performance," she added. "On the other hand, TVB is a great company where I can learn things. I want to take things one step at a time."

She even continued by emphasizing that "in addition to great acting skills to film a movie, timing is also very important!"

In the meantime, when it comes to her relationship with Kevin Cheng, Grace Chan admitted that she is so inlove with him despite the 22-year age gap which a lot of people have reportedly been commenting about.

And with the fact that the media and TV fans have been addressing her as "Kevin Cheng's girlfriend," the Hong Kong-born Canadian actress hinted that there is nothing wrong with it.

"I love my boyfriend and I respect him," the star of TVB's "Blue Veins" quipped. "So I shouldn't mind it if he's what people always associate me with."

"We're equal partners in the relationship," Grace Chan further stated about the "Kevin Cheng's girlfriend" tag. "It's not like one is the sidekick to the other. We're both the superheroes in this sense."
