Hosts USA take on Paraguay in a group stage encounter of the ongoing South American football championship at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday as Group A leader Colombia faces Costa Rica in the day's other match at the NRG Stadium in Houston.

The USA football team bounced back with a comprehensive 4-0 victory over Costa Rica on Tuesday at Soldier Field, Chicago. Clint Dempsey, Jermaine Jones, Bobby Wood, Graham Zusi starred in USA's massive victory against the Los Ticos. The hosts were desperate to win their group stage game against Costa Rica after a 2-0 defeat in their opening game.

USA coach Jurgen Klinsmann praised his players for their brilliant performance. "It confirms the spirit of the group. They are all there for each other, the whole bench is jumping up and down when we score. Everybody wants the others to do well. It's a good group of guys that we have together," Klinsmann said.

"They deserve a huge, huge compliment for tonight's performance. We were eager to get on the field, eager to get our first three points of the tournament. We took a bit to get into the game. But when the first goal came we kept pushing for the next one and the next one."
