Ecuador takes on Haiti in a group stage encounter of the ongoing Copa America Centenario 2016 tournament at theMetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ on Sunday as Group B leaders Brazil take on Peru at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

Ecuador fought back from a two-goal deficit to earn a 2-2 draw against Peru on Wednesday night. Christian Cueva and Edison Flores scored a goal each for Peru, while Ecuador's Antonio Valencia and Miler Bolanos got on the scoresheet for their team.

Brazil currently tops the group with four points, followed by Peru at two points. Ecuador sits in third place but has still kept its chances of advancing to the quarterfinals alive.

Haiti has already been knocked out of the South American football championship. The Grenadiers, who lost their Copa America 2016 opener against Peru last week, were thrashed by world champions Brazil in their second match on Wednesday night.

Philippe Coutinho struck a hat-trick as Brazil bounced back with 7-1 win against Haiti. Brazil played out a scoreless draw in their opening Copa America match against Ecuador last week.
