Reeling club Shijiazhuang Ever Bright FC (2-5-5, 11 points) is set to square off with contending squad Henan Jianye FC (6-3-4, 22 points) at the Yutong International Sports Center on June 19, Sunday as the 2016 Chinese Super League season continues.

Shijiazhuang is on a six-game winless slide as they dropped to the 12th spot of the current China top flight table, only two points above the bottom two relegation area presently occupied by Hangzhou Greentown and Shandong Luneng. The team's last win was back in round 6 in April, a 2-1 home nipping of Shandong.

Manager Yasen Petrov's boys are coming off a strong performance, though, pulling off a 0-0 draw with defending champions Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao FC on the road at the Tianhe Stadium last Saturday as they managed to avoid a two-game losing skid, as per ESPN.

Shijiazhuang's lack of goalscoring is the main problem of coach Petrov this term as his squad has only scored twice in their last six assignments, signifying a flawed offensive scheme.

Meanwhile, Henan Jianye is contrasting as the team is currently on a five-game undefeated run and are unbeaten in seven of their last eight matches in the China first division competitions.

The Red Devils nipped last season's China League One champions, Yanbian Funde FC, 1-0, in their most recent CSL match held at their own home field of Zhengzhou Hanghai Stadium on Wednesday, via Soccerway.

Socceroo defender Ryan McGowan scored the winning goal of the contest at the 13th minute off an assist by Filipino striker Javier Patiño as both teams went scoreless for the rest of the match.

Manager Jia Xiuquan's squad is at fifth place in the overall standings at the moment, tied on points with fourth-placed team Shanghai SIPG FC but has a lesser goal difference of +3 as compared to the latter's +9.

The predicted result is a 2-0 romp for Henan Jianye.
