Big Bang member Lee Seungri has issued an official apology on Weibo to his Chinese fans for his "unprofessional" behavior in a public train in China, according to Naver Entertainment.

His actions sparked controversy among his fans who called him "unprofessional" and "rude" for behaving "unpleasantly" in a public place, AllKpop reported.
His alleged lack of manners was met with polarizing comments on social media. Some criticized Lee while others said that he should be left alone because "he is tired." Lee appeared exhausted after a performance at China's Xuzhou Olympic Sports Center on July 10.
In light of the backlash, the South Korean boy group member released an official apology through his Weibo page on Saturday, July 16.
"I apologize for the way I behaved on the train," the singer wrote. "I will be more careful from now on."
According to Soompi, Lee stated that he regrets having done what he did in a public train, and stated that he "felt like he let so many people down." He promised fans that such incidents will not happen again in the future.
"I will work harder to give back for your love," Lee stated.
In related news, Big Bang will be holding a series of fan meetings in Osaka, Japan from July 29 to 31 after the China leg of their tour. The events will be followed by a special concert in Seoul, South Korea on Aug. 20 and an exhibition at Korea's S-Factory, which will open on Aug. 5 and end on Oct. 30.
