ZTE Officially Launches Maven 2 Smartphone for Only $59.99

Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE has announced that its latest entry-level device - the ZTE Maven 2 smartphone- is now available for purchase on it's official website for the price of $59.99 (approximately 400.46 Yuan / Rs. 4037.63).
The ZTE Maven 2 smartphone is the successor to the Maven smartphone that was launched on Amazon United States last year. The first member of the Maven flagship series was initially priced at $56.98 (around 380.37 Yuan / Rs. 3835.04).

ZTE Maven 2 features a 5.0-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display with a pixel density of the 196 PPI. The device is powered by a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at a speed of 1.1 GHz paired with an Adreno 304 graphics processing unit. It comes with a built-in 8GB internal storage, which can further be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.
The Maven 2 smartphone is equipped with 1 GB of RAM onboard and runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is backed by a 2300 mAh capacity battery, which according to ZTE can deliver a talk time of up to 18 hours.
The Maven 2 sports a 5-megapixel main camera with LED flash support and can record a video resolution up to 720p at 30 frames per second. While the front-facing camera features 2-megapixel sensor.
Connectivity options of the device include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, dual SIM dual standby, 4G LTE Network, Mobile Hotspot, Micro USB 2.0 Port, Mirror Link, FOTA, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device also has a Dolby Audio sound technology that gives a theater experience.
The ZTE Maven 2 measures a body dimension of 145.5 x 72.9 x 10.9 mm and weighs 166 grams. The smartphone comes in only gray color.
