Music-Oriented Cubot Echo to Debut in August

Chinese manufacturer Cubot has unveiled its new smartphone that focuses more on audio quality. The audio-centric smartphone is dubbed the Cubot Echo.
Unlike most conventional smartphones, the Cubot Echo is equipped with the latest AW87319 amplifier that promises better and crispier sound quality. This will also make the device work well with a range of audio devices like headphones and loudspeakers.

According to the official Cubot website, the AW88319 is specifically designed to enhance sound quality. It is also designed to work well with audio features like 8.5V, crisp base, higher volume level, and TLTR-AGC, which is the ninth K-class music amplifier.
Additionally the AW87319 amplifier's SNR is upgraded to 100dB, its distortion rate is less than .015 percent, and its ground noise is at a relatively low level of 47uV.
Although the Cubot Echo is marketed as the company's first music phone. It has a MediaTek MT6580 chipset with a quad-core CPU, 16GB of storage space and 2GB of memory. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow mobile operating system.
The Cubot Echo has a 5.0-inch display. It has a 13-megapixel rear facing camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera for selfies. The smartphone is powered by a 3,000mAh battery pack.
According to Giz China, the Cubot Echo is expected to debut sometime in August. Cubot is yet to confirm the price of he device, but rumors claim that it would be around $80.
