The UMI Super is a decent smartphone that stands out when compared to most devices in its immediate circle. However, there are rumors that an upgraded version of the UMI Super is currently in the works. According to the latest leaks, the device will sport a dual camera setup.

Not much is known about the dual camera setup of the UMI Super aside from a handful of leaks that have surfaced recently. If the leaks are true, the upgraded version of the UMI Super will have a dual camera setup. Both cameras will have a 13-megapixel sensor from Sony, according to Giz China.

Since the rumored device is an upgraded version, it will most likely sport upgraded hardware specs as well. According to Android Headlines, the last UMI Super model has a MediaTek Helio X10 chipset. There are speculations that the new model of the UMI Super will have a more powerful chipset, most probably a Helio X20. Along with the new chipset, the smartphone will also have 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage space, all packed into a thin full metal body.

There are rumors in the tech community that UMI is targeting the premium market with this new version of its Super flagship device. If true, the device is likely to go head to head against notable devices like the Huawei P9, Honor 6 Plus, or Honor V8.
