Recently, AMD once again snatched another important market, this time against Nvidia. Rumors claim that tech giant Apple is planning to tap AMD's Radeon Technology Group to provide graphics processors for its upcoming line of laptops.

This weekend, tech company AMD will be holding its Polaris Tech Day, an event for the press and analysts. The event will take place in Macau and will probably kickoff AMD’s Computex conference which is scheduled to begin next week.
