Teenager Carrying Toy Gun Shot by Police in Baltimore

A police detective shot a teenager in East Baltimore, Maryland on Wednesday afternoon after he spotted the boy carrying what looked like a semi-automatic pistol in the neighbourhood of the McKim community center.
