NASCAR: Tony Stewart On-Track Death Case Goes to Grand Jury

Three-time NASCAR champion driver Tony Stewart's deadly run-in with fellow driver Kevin Ward Jr. is going to a grand jury for possible charges, Ontario County (N.Y.) District Attorney Michael Tantillo said Tuesday.
