China Comments on Japan and South Korea's Deal to Resolve 'Comfort Women' Issue

China has asked Japan to deal with the issue of "comfort women" in a responsible way. The country's foreign ministry spokesperson commented on the issue after Japan agreed to pay South Korea $8.3 million, the amount that South Korea asked for to fund the victims of Japanese army's sex slavery during the World War 2.
