Chinese smartphone maker OPPO is apparently planning to launch another device soon. A device from the company has been spotted on the website of China's telecommunication equipment certification authority, TENAA. As per listing, the OPPO A59 smartphone will feature a massive 3GB RAM and a 13-megapixel camera.
