Cyanogen to Pull the Plug by Year’s End

The team behind the CyanogenMod mobile operating system recently announced that they will be shutting down their operations by the end of the year. The startup added that it will shut down all services as well as nightly build on Dec. 31.

Cyanogen Inc., the company behind Android-based open-source mobile operating system CyanogenMod, recently announced it will undergo a major reorganization, while gearing up to release the new Modular OS program of CyanogenMod.
