American Musician Chris Brown Charged with Breach of Contract in the Philippines

American singer Chris Brown was stopped by Philippine immigration officers from leaving the country for reportedly failing to uphold his part in a contract he entered into with a local show promoter. He was about to take a flight to Hongkong on Wednesday when local authorities informed his party that a hold departure order was issued against him.
