LeEco to Officially Launch in the US Next Month

China's LeEco is finally heading to the U.S. and has sent out invitations for a press event in San Francisco, California, on October 19.
LeEco Le 2 EUI Version 5.8 Rolled out

The LeEco Le 2 smartphone is slated to receive a new firmware update that will upgrade the phone's EUI to version 5.8. The update is also reported to contain several patches to fix reported bugs. New features such as the fingerprint app lock, a larger font size, and individual Wi-Fi control for apps are also included in the update.
Leaked Photo Reveals Dual Camera Setup for Upcoming LeEco Phone

LeEco maybe joining fellow Chinese smartphone maker Huawei in selling devices with dual cameras. A recently leaked photo of a LeEco branded device is making rounds on several tech websites. The photo shows the back part of the device with two slots believed to house two separate cameras. There are rumors that the photo is of the LeEco Lex720.
