‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 8 Spoiler: Major Career Change for Penny

Chuck Lorre, the show's creator and executive producer, said at the Television Critics Association's summer press tour that Penny will have an interesting story arc this coming season, especially since her character has always been plagued with career failure. Lorre shared, "She gets a shot to be a pharmaceutical rep at Bernadette's [Melissa Rauch] company."
