Police Charge Third Student In Florida Spring Break Gang Rape

The Bay County Sheriff's Office had arrested and charged a third student on Tuesday who was involved in the gang rape of a female student at the Florida Panhandle beach during spring break. He was charged with principal to sexual battery by multiple perpetrators.

Troy University suspended over the weekend two students charged with sexually assaulting a woman, while hundreds of people watch a gang rape the victim. Suspended were 22-year-old Delonte Martistee, a senior student and from Bainbridge, Georgia, and 23-year-old Ryan Calhoun, a sophomore student and from Mobile, Alabama.
