Tencent Finalizes Acquisition of ‘League Of Legends’ Developer Riot Games

Chinese tech giant Tencent has completed its purchase of Riot Games, developer of the highly popular “League of Legends.” Tencent acquired majority of Riot Games in a stakeout in February 2011, while the latest purchase acquired the remaining equity of the game developer.
