Roku and TCL have noted in the past that they are working together on a Roku TV that supports 4K resolution. The result of this collaboration is the TCL P130, one of the most affordable 4K TV that could easily rival some of the most high-end sets in the market.

Roku stands true to its promise and recently announced that the first 4K Roku TV is finally available for sale.

During the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show in January, Roku along with its TV manufacturer partners announced that they will be releasing some 4K TVs into the market this year. Roku has now announced that the first 4K Roku TV is finally available for sale.

Chinese television manufacturer TCL unveiled its latest set of HDTVs last month at the 2016 Consumers Electronic Show, including the Roku HDTV - a result of its partnership with Roku. Amazon and Walmart are now offering a special promo for the TCL 32-inch Roku HDTV, which is now priced at $169.99.

TCL to Release First 4K Roku TV This Year

Chinese multinational electronics company TCL has announced that it will release the first ever 4K Roku TV in the spring of 2016. The company also announced that it will release a 4K TV with a built-in Roku box for online content streaming.
