Jaclyn Stapp, estranged wife of Creed vocalist Scott Stapp, has already filed a petition, asking the court to place the trouble singer on a 60-day psychiatric hold, claiming that he is lying about his sobriety.

The Creed front man is aiming to raise US$485,000 to finance his third solo album number, in the hopes of reuniting with Howard Bensen (producer) and Chris Lord-Alge (mixer), former Creed band-mates.
