A recent study has revealed that a third of the growing global burden of mental illness are in two of the world's most populous countries - China and India, where millions of individuals are left untreated because of stigma and lack of resources.

Boxer Jermain Taylor pleaded innocence due to mental disease to a battery charge last Thursday, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The incident occurred May 13 at a rehabilitation center, the Oasis Renewal Center, where Taylor was undergoing treatment for substance abuse.
