Former Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Tony McDaniel was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a one-year, $2.5 million deal eight days after the Super Bowl XLVIII champion was waived by the Seahawks on August 2.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed 25-year-old linebacker Lavonte David to a five-year, $50.25 million extension on August 9, which comes with a $25.56 million guarantee, as per CBS Sports’s John Breech. The three-year pro is set to receive an annual salary of $10.05 million.
