China's technology and gaming giant, Tencent, has been proclaimed as the world's 10th biggest company, surpassing America's financial magnate, Wells Fargo. In 2016, Tencent's stocks rose by to up to 43 percent higher than the previous year, and ultimately yielded a market value of more than $279 billion.
Tencent Forms Partnership With AppsFlyer to Boost Advertising Business

Chinese tech giant Tencent is fulfilling its promise to boost its advertising business as well as give its clients access to a more optimized set of tools. Tencent recently announced a newly formed partnership with mobile marketing analytics platform AppsFlyer. The two companies have created a partnership that would allow app marketers outside of China to access real-time analytics to Tencent Social Ads.
Baidu Sues Tencent, Sohu Over Disparaging Online Articles

Chinese tech giant Baidu has filed a lawsuit against two Chinese tech companies Tencent and Sohu, charging them with destroying its reputation. Baidu clams that Tencent and Sohu posted articles online that have seriously damaged the image of the company's takeout service, Baidu Waimai.
Tencent Invests in SaaS Firm Teambition

Chinese tech company Tencent, developer of online messaging apps like WeChat and QQ, has shown interest in Shanghai-based corporate collaboration startup Teambition. The startup was founded as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise management tool which can be used internally by corporations. The company eventually evolved to become a product and has worked on up to one million projects.
Supercell Becomes Europe’s First Decacorn Following Acquisition by China's Tencent

Chinese investment giant Tencent Holdings Limited has confirmed that it has acquired a majority of the stakes of Supercell, a mobile game development company based in Finland which is famous for developing the mobile game Clash of Clans.
