Three-time NASCAR champion driver Tony Stewart's deadly run-in with fellow driver Kevin Ward Jr. is going to a grand jury for possible charges, Ontario County (N.Y.) District Attorney Michael Tantillo said Tuesday.

Kevin Ward Jr., former Sprint car driver, was recently laid to rest Thursday in Turin, New York, five days after he was killed when fellow race car driver and former NASCAR champion Tony Stewart struck him, throwing him away a feet, and killing him on the speedway.
