Thurman May Have Failed to Book Mayweather Fight in Unexplosive Win Over Collazo

Unbeaten welterweight titlist Keith Thurman may have failed to forced Floyd Mayweather to accept his challenge with a less-than-exlposive knockout win over Luis Collazo, Saturday at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida. Hyped as the sport's "next big thing" Thurman (26-0, 22 KOs), although he exhibited a well-rounded skill set, didn't pack enough ammunition to make it a comelling fight for Mayweather.
