The Dallas Mavericks reacquired Samuel Dalembert who was not only waived by the New York Knicks but who it once suspended for oversleeping and being late for practice. The move, reported by ESPN, may make the Mavericks beginning look desperate in fortifying its center post.

The Dallas Mavericks settled for Zaza Pachulia after DeAndre Jordan made a 180 degree turn from signing with them and returned to the Los Angeles Clippers. The Mavs traded a second-round pick to the Milwaukee Bucks and took in Pachulia's $5.25 million expiring contract into their salary-cap space.
