(Photo : Facebook/Meizu) The Meizu Pro 6s is a follow-up to the Meizu Pro 6.
The upcoming Meizu Pro 7 has been one of the most leaked devices in the past couple of months. The phone was initially expected to be launched on Sept. 13. However, Meizu Vice President Li Nan recently confirmed that the phone would not be launched until next year.
Due to the postponement of the release of the Pro 7 official launch, Meizu is trying to appease its fan base by releasing another device. The device--the Meizu Pro 6s--is likely to sport Samsung's newest and probably most powerful chipset, the Exynos 8890.

The Meizu Pro 6s could also sport a curved display on both sides.
If Meizu is working on the Pro 6s, analysts expect the smartphone's specs to be on par with the specs of the postponed Pro 7 model. Along with the Samsung Exynos 8890 chipset, the Meizu Pro 6s is expected to sport at least 4GB of memory, and 32GB of storage space, according to Android Headlines.
The Meizu Pro 6s is also expected to have a 5.7-inch display with Quad HD resolution. On the camera aspect, the Pro 6s is expected to have a 12-megapixel rear facing shooter and a 5-megapixel front facing selfie snapper. The phone would most likely run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow mobile operating system with Meizu's Flyme user interface.
