Gionee P7 Max Smartphone is now Available in India

Chinese smartphone maker Gionee has announced that its latest device - the Gionee P7 Max smartphone - is now available in India. The official Indian price tag of the device has not been confirmed yet, but the smartphone is expected to be priced at INR 13,999 (around $210).

The Gionee P7 Max smartphone will be available via offline channels in the region. The smartphone was launched in Nepal for the price of NPR 21,999 ($205).
The Gionee P7 Max features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 X 720 pixels) IPS display screen. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek's MT6595 processor clocked at a speed of 2.2 GHz, which is paired with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It comes with a massive 3GB of RAM onboard and is equipped with a built-in 32GB of internal memory storage.
The Gionee P7 Max runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box, coupled with the Amigo 3.2 user interface. The device sports an eight megapixels rear camera with LED flash and a five megapixels front-facing shooter for selfies. The smartphone is fueled by a non-removable 3,100 mAh capacity battery which, according to the Gionee, can last for up to 290 hours of standby time.
Other features the device offers include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS, micro USB, and Bluetooth v2.0. The smartphone also comes with a dual SIM card slot and is 4G network enabled. The device measures a body dimension of 154 x 76.8 x 8.8 mm and weighs 183 grams.
