Nokia C1 Renders Leak Online

The tech community is already aware that Nokia is working on a new smartphone that is expected to be released next year. Recently, a leaked photo posted on the Chinese micro-blogging website Weibo have given the tech community its first glimpse to the highly anticipated device.

Dubbed as the Nokia C1, the leaked photo showed that the phone will sport a bezel-less screen design with a dual camera configuration on its rear. The leaked photo also revealed that the phone's color that appears to be a shade of burgundy, according to Android Headlines. The phone's power and volume buttons are integrated on the side. There is a USB Type-C port on the bottom and a 3.5mm audio port.

Nokia is yet to officially confirm the specs of the C1. However, it did not deter tech analysts to speculate what Nokia's re-entry model into the smartphone business will be like.

In terms of hardware, the phone is expected to have a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset, the same chipset is also expected to power some of the premium flagship devices that will hit the market next year. In terms of storage option, the phone will be available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB storage variants; all will have 4GB of memory.

The Nokia C1 is rumored to sport a 3,210mAh battery pack. As for its dual-camera setup, the phone will have 12- and 16-megapixel sensors with a triple-LED Xenon flash, allowing it to take quality photos even under low-light conditions, according to Digital Trends.

On the software side, the Nokia C1 is expected to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. However, it is still unknown whether Nokia will use the default Android skin or work on its custom user interface like most manufacturers do nowadays.
