Vivo Y25 Smartphone Officially Launched in Malaysia

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has officially launched its latest device dubbed as the Vivo Y25 in Malaysia for the price of RM 499 ($112.21 / Rs. 7,473). The Vivo Y25 smartphone will be available in Grey and White color.
The Vivo Y25 smartphone features a 4.5-inch FWGA display screen with a resolution of 854 pixels by 480 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Quad-core MTK6580 processor clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes equipped with 1GB of RAM onboard and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 128GB via a dedicated microSD card.

The Vivo Y25 smartphone sports a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash support and a 2-megapixel front sensor for selfies. Interestingly, the camera of the device features different modes including Normal, Palm Capture, Voice Capture, Panorama, HDR, PPT, Children, and Watermark. The phone runs on the Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system out of the box, which is coupled with Funtouch OS 2.1 user interface. Fueling the handset is a 1,900 mAh capacity battery.
The Vivo Y25 smartphone also comes with various smart features such as Smart Click, Smart Wake. Users can Swipe patterns to call up functions on command such as music, camera, browsers, and social media. It also comes with a Voice Capture feature, and Palm Capture feature.
Other features the Vivo Y25 smartphone offers include 4G LTE network support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microUSB port. Sensors on the phone are Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, and Photosensitive sensor. The handset measures body dimensions of 130.7 mm x 66.4 mm x 9.2 mm.
