Gionee M6S Plus Smartphone is now on Sale in China

Chinese smartphone maker Gionee has announced that its latest device dubbed as the Gionee M6S Plus is now on sale in China. The Gionee M6S Plus is the successor to the recently launched M6 and M6 Plus devices.
The Gionee M6S Plus smartphone is now on sale China. The 64GB variant of the phone is priced at 3499 Yuan ($507), while the 256GB version costs around 4299 Yuan (~$623) but it is not available for purchase at the moment. Interestingly, film star Dakang Secretary is the brand ambassador for the device.

As for the specifications, the Gionee M6S Plus smartphone has a 6-inch AMOLED Full HD display screen with a resolution of 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor clocked at a speed of 1.95GHz paired with 6GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU for the graphics. Fueling the handset is a non-removable 6,020 mAh capacity battery.
As mentioned earlier, the Gionee M6S Plus comes equipped with a built-in 64GB/256GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. On the photography department, the handset flaunts a 12-megapixel main camera with LED flash support and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box coupled with the Amigo 3.5 user interface.
Other features the Gionee M6S Plus smartphone offers include Dual Nano SIM, supports LTE network, GPS, Micro USB 2.0 with OTG support, and Bluetooth v4.0. The sensors on the phone are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity, and compass magnetometer. The handset measures a body dimension 163.3 mm x 80.9 mm x 8.25 mm and weighs around 215 grams.
