What are the distinctions between the Nokia Lumia 730 and the Motorola Moto E?

The Nokia Lumia 730 has a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Cortex-A7 processor while the Moto E comes with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Cortex-A7 processor and both mobile phones have the same 1 GB RAM.

The Moto E runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat upgradable to the newest Android 4.4.4 version with 4 GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the Lumia 730 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with 8 GB of internal storage.

Both handsets have microSD card support but the Lumia 730 can be expanded up to 128 GB while the Moto E can only be expanded to 32 GB.
