Although video game developer Rockstar skipped out on releasing a Halloween DLC as 1.18 update, information leaked from source code still suggests that an Army DLC will be coming in honor of Veterans Day on November 11.
YouTube's known hacker, going by the name of Chrom3Xmodz, came across information found in source code last month describing nine Army-themed face paints, the highly anticipated Hydra Jet, and two new weapons that will be coming in some sort of Army DLC.

The Xbox Live source code is essentially a method GTA enthusiasts use to leak a lot of DLCs. All items that get put up on the Xbox Live Marketplace must first be logged in the source code. Anyone who is able to look through the texture files of source code knows of the updates before the DLC is released.
A photo of the two weapons - the M4 Sniper Rifle and XM25 Grenade Launcher - was found in source code and can be seen below.

YouTube's DomisLive also confirmed the leaked information at the time, and believes the Army DLC will bring a number of items that were shown in the launch trailer for the 1.16 update that were never released - including more military clothing, army tattoos and dog tags.
YouTube's "DomisLive" and hacker "Chrom3xModz" previously used the source code to leak info on the "I'm not a Hipster" and "Independence Day" Updates.
Rockstar typically release their updates on a Tuesday, which the Nov. 11 date of Veterans Day also falls on, so the timing fits. Considering the U.S. celebrate veterans of the military on Veterans Day, it makes sense Rockstar would release an update with a strictly Army-related theme.
