Wal-Mart will open its doors at 6 p.m. local time for the first event on Thanksgiving, Nov. 27, and will last for two hours ending at 8 p.m. The first event is when Wal-Mart will offer doorbuster deals and the "one-hour guarantee" option for consumers.
The option guarantees anyone who shows up within the first hour to be able to purchase a doorbuster deal, even if there's no longer any available. The only catch is that Wal-Mart will have to ship the product to customers
Among the one-hour guarantee deals are the Apple iPad mini with a $30 gift card for $199 (value of $279), Beats by Dre wireless headphones for $149 (value of $279) and a 50-inch 1080p LED HDTV for $218 (brand varies depending on store).
Wal-Mart's Event 2 will begin at 8 p.m. local time, as the company starts bringing out new deals including the iPad Air 16GB WiFi with $100 gift card for $397. What usually costs up to $499, consumers will essentially be getting for $297 with the gift card.
Event 3 will begin at 6 a.m. local time on Friday, Nov. 28 and will be offering 30 percent off on a number of selected merchandise including Samsung TVs, Fisher-Price toys, all music CDs and more.
Many more deals and exact details for each event can be seen on Wal-Mart's official website.
