"50 Shades Of Grey" star Jamie Dornan fears that his role will put him in danger, and worries that he will be killed by the hands of a deranged fan, according to an interview in the upcoming February issue of Details magazine.
The 32-year-old actor has admitted that he worries about suffering the same fate as the Beatles front man, John Lennon. Lennon was shot by obsessed fan Mark David Chapman outside his New York apartment building in 1980.

As Dornan tell Details magazine, "I almost don't want to put this out there into the ether, but I fear I'll get murdered like John Lennon, by one of those mad fans at the premiere because a lot of people are very angry that I'm playing this character."
Dornan further added, "I'm a father now, and a husband. I don't want to die yet." Dornan is married to English actress Amelia Warner. They have a two year old daughter who was born in November 2013.
Dornan also quipped, "And when I do get murdered, people will say, 'God isn't it haunting how he did that interview in Details Magazine and predicted his own death on the red carpet?"'
The actor has also shared in the magazine interview that he wasn't pleased that the film can transform him into an international symbol. The actor scoffed, "You'd be hard pressed to find an actor who isn't a sex symbol somewhere."
Though the actor is more scared of the fans, he seems less concerned of how he can give justice to the Christian Grey's character as an actor. Dornan simply replied, "Some people will think its cool and sexy, some will think the polar opposite."
