Mainland Chinese model-actress Angelababy dismissed the rumors which claim that she and her long-time boyfriend, actor Huang Xiao Ming, have called it quits.

On May 3, an article which claimed that Angelababy and Huang Xiao Ming already broke their five-year relationship was uploaded through a WeChat account, which was perceived by many as the actress' official account. The said article stated that the pair is very busy with their careers and that they cannot find time for each other anymore.

Furthermore, the article cited that Angelababy stated that no one was to blame for the sudden break up with Huang Xiao Ming and supposedly stated, "When we are both not tied down by our work in future and if you are still unattached, then, I would marry you."

The news, which went viral, shocked the public since recently, Huang Xiao Ming expressed his wish to marry Angelababy before the end of 2015. In addition, the pair is known for their open expression of affection towards each other through their social networking accounts.

However, the 26-year old model-actress dispelled the rumors, stating that there was no truth in the article. Angelababy also posted a message on her official Weibo blog immediately after the news broke out.

"Stop making a ruckus and please follow my official WeChat account," Angelababy's post said.

Furthermore, a netizen with a verified account countered the claims saying that the account used to publish the story is fake and was made by an imposter. The article about her breakup with Huang Xiao Ming was also a hoax, Toggle reports.

In related news, a famous Weibo user also published another story which claimed that Angelababy and Huang Xiao Ming have already allegedly registered their marriage. Other users also made claims that the celebrity couple are currently planning for their wedding this year.

On the other hand, Huang Xiao Ming's new movie, "You Are My Sunshine," which also features actress Yang Mi and EXO's Chinese member Tao, has already been released in theatres last April 30.
