"Destiny" in-game tower resident Commander Zamala explained before that the weapons used by the guardians are the results of combining ancient lore with recent scientific developements. In "Destiny," weapons manufacture are stricly regulated, which means the game has a shortage of guns and some of them are unique.

But on "Taken King" expansion pack, players will get to enjoy many new weapons within the game as VG 24/7 noted that "Destiny: The Taken King" could be one of the "largest armory" ever, outnumbering the original title.

The website further adds that these weapons are divided into three classes. The first of these is the Hakke which is described as "Functional," "Reliable" and "Unapologetic." It includes hammers and its base stats are tigthley focused. The Hakke weapons are handled with a combination of offense and tactics.

The second weapon class is the Omolon that are described as experimental weapons and a fusion of the mad scientist and product engineer of the new frontier. The weapons are based on high handling stats and talent grids for behavioral perks. The Omolon will enhance the energy based weapons or abilities of the Guardians.

The third weapon class is called the Suros and is described as having "elegance and brutality." The Suros weapons have an optional capabilities, meaning they can pe repurpose for different combat situations. The Suros talent grids have two columns of talent perks, with one behavioral perks to act as the focus point. In short, players will like the Sorus class for its powerful and flexible use.

The Inquistr reported that Bungie will add more weapons to "Destiny: The Taken King," along with quest, raids, exotic items and more very soon.

In other news, "Destiny's" developer Bungie revealed new details on the 2.0 update within the game.

According to Express, there are new changes that will affect "Destiny's" several weapons such as Auto rifles, Hand cannons, Sniper rifles, rocket launchers etc.

The wesbite further adds that these changes will affect each weapon's capabilties, which will make the most powerful weapon within "Destiny" to look like a regular low level gun. Gaming fans were given a fair warning because these changes are not exactly beneficial to some such as reduced weapon stats, tuning passes and talent grids.

GamingBolt reported that some gaming fans reacted negatively to the coming changes to the point that they made several petitions to Bungie to stop messing with the weapons when "Taken King" launches.

"Destiny: The Taken King" will launch on September 15 for PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
