Good news gaming fans as new details for "StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void" have been revealed regarding its release date, pre-order bonuses and a new demo gameplay.
According to VG 24/7, game developer and publisher Blizzard Entertainment has confirmed that "StarCraft 2's" third and final expansion "Legacy of the Void" is expected to launch this year. The website further adds that Blizzard did not make some promise, but rather a declaration that they can release "Legacy of the Void" sometime within 2015 and backing out on that will hurt their investors trust.

Game Informer reports that Blizzard president Mike Morhaine was the one who made the announcement as "StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void" is currently on its closed beta trials. The new expantion will focus on the Protoss storyline and will contain new game modes, units and features for both single and competitive players.
A previous report from Venture Capital Post revealed that "StarCraft 2: Legacty of the Void" could be release sometime in the Winter 2015. The website further adds that Blizzard has revealed several pre-order details for "Legacy of the Void."
Gaming fans will have instant access on "Legacy of the Void's" new three-mission prologue series titled "Whispers of Oblivion" as well as entry to its ongoing beta test.
The website further adds that "Legacy of the Void" will come in a Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition and a retail exclusive Collector's Edition. The Standard Edition will include access to an upcoming new StarCraft warrior hero in "Heroes of the Storm" and its digital purchase is at $39.99 when gamers decide to pre-order.
The Digital Deluxe Edition will gain players access to some in-game bonuses such as an Archon battle pet in "World of WarCraft," Void Seeker mounts for "Heroes of the Storm," a Protoss card in Heartstone and Protoss themed portraits and unit skin in "StarCraft 2." The Digital Deluxe will cost around $59.99.
The Collector's Edition will contains digital bonuses fromt the Digital Deluxe Edition as well as colorful hardcover StarCraft field manual, a DVD containing cinematic and special features, and CD soundtrack.
Blizzard will also attend this year's TwitchCon event on September 25-26 in San Francisco, CA. as they will reveal a new gameplay demo for "StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void," Venture Capital Post wrote.
Other gaming companies will also be present in the event besides Blizzard such as Capcom, Daybreak Games, Corsair, Alienware and ArenaNet just to name a few.
