In celebration of Father's Day in Taiwan on Saturday, Aug. 8, Chou shared his father-daughter picture for the first time in public. The adorable tandem each wore black beanies, with Chou gently holding his little angel against his chest. His shirt has a white print around the neckline that read, "Dad is always my love." Meanwhile, his daughter, whose name is still undisclosed, was wrapped in a Mickey Mouse-printed blanket with only her teeny little finger in view.

The proud father expressed his joy through the caption, "This is my first Father's Day, it's such a special feeling, I wish everyone a happy Father's Day!"

On July 28, Chou teased fans with a portrait of his baby. The black-and-white artwork depicted a baby in deep thought, wearing a black bonnet with Mickey Mouse-like ears and a print that read "Chou Chou." Fans had mixed reactions over Chou's post, with some urging him to hurry up in posting a real photo of his daughter.

One netizen's comment cheered on Chou by saying "You will definitely be a good father." Another was clearly dissatisfied and requested for a better view of the baby by saying "Post a picture of her front view!"

Chou's wife Hannah Quinlivan, who is turning 22 years old on Wednesday, also revealed her share of being a proud parent. In an interview with Elle magazine, Quinlivan said that although delivering through caesarian section was painful, the agony simply melted away when she finally saw her first born. The magazine also published a picture of Quinlivan holding a feeding bottle with breast milk.

"The moment I saw the baby, I really had the feeling that everything was worth it. The discomfort of pregnancy and the contractions didn't seem to be anything," the model-actress told Elle.
