Choices range from platinum, gold, yellow and pink among others. There is also the diamond-crusted variant available for people willing to pay a premium price.

Emirates promoted Brikk saying each luxury iPhone 6 comes with a diamond certificate of authenticity and an exclusive one-year warranty. The encrusted variants cost between US$4,495 and US$8,395.

Newly leaked photos show a scratch resistant alloy Liquidmetal being used for the iPhone 6. According to Feld & Volk, luxury modifiers of the iPhone, the material will make the Apple logo almost impossible to scratch.

Designers said photos show the final iPhone 6 design, which also feature recessed volume buttons at the side to help users avoid accidentally adjusting the volume.

Apple was reportedly interested in Liquidmetal for its products in the past. This started speculation Apple could use this material for the bodies of its devices.

Liquidmetal is said to be stronger than titanium and can be molded into elaborate shapes.

There also are speculations the new casing could have a light-up logo that alerts the user when a text message is received or even when the weather will change. The illuminated logo has been rumored since iPhone launched in 2007, though.

Apple is performing well in terms of sales compared to rival Samsung, which saw a slump in smartphone sales because of Chinese competitor. Xiaomi.
