Good news gaming fans as new updates for "Persona 5" have been revealed regarding its launch date for the PlayStation 4 and a new gameplay feature based on another Atlus title.
It was previously reported that Atlus Games PR Head John Hardin confirmed that "Persona 5" is still slated to be released in 2015 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 console, as he debunked all of the launch date rumors indicating a 2016 launch window.

The 2016 launch date for "Persona 5" started when a Sony advertisement listed several upcoming video game titles for 2016 and "Persona 5" was put on the list, alongside "Uncharted 4," "Just Cause 3," "Final Fantasy 7" remake and many more; however, Hardin stated that "Persona 5" is still strictly owned by Atlus Games, and for that, they will still have the final say when it comes to launch dates of their product.
He also adds that he will search for every fabricated reports on the game relating to its launch date, whether on the internet or any news publishing company.
Now that "Persona 5" is still in the 2015 launch date, the question of everyone's mind is; when will the game be released this year?
The Christian Post reportedly claimed that "Persona 5" will likely launch in North America by the end of 2015 for the PS4 and PS3 consoles. It is understandable since Atlus will likely promote "Persona 5" first in Japan and its success will likely determine the game's launch date in the U.S. shores.
Aside from the launch date, Moviepilot made an interesting piece regarding adding a new gamepay feature for "Persona 5" as the website wrote that game should have a "morality system" similar to another Atlus video game "Catherine."
"Persona 5" had already some new features within its gameplay parameters such as a new social link system, stealth gameplay, using alternate weapons for each other and summoning personas. The website stated that adding in "Catherine's" morality system in "Persona" could have an interesting outcome in the game as the morality system lets players make a choice that would affect the characters morale in unexpected ways.
It will affect their actions, the narrative and cutscenes within the game and ending itself, therefore allowing players to make multiple playthroughs to explore more alternate endings within the game.
"Persona 5's" plot will revolved around four individuals who are students by day, phantom thieves as the game will explore the characters' lives and how will deal with society that is moraly corrupt and dark, using their own brand of justice and beliefs.
"Persona 5" will be release sometime in 2015 for the PS4 and PS3.
